Our Proprietary Performance Management System
 
 
A Performance Management System (PMSys) should improve an organizational performance as well as help the individuals to enhance his or her performance.

To move away from the general practice of using performance appraisals as the basis for salary adjustments, it is important to accept that PMSys is a key HR invention for organization effectiveness.

Process Management
A framework of key processes should be in place to allow for better alignment in target setting to prevent sub-optimization (every department achieving their targets individually but the organization does not achieve its strategic outcomes). The identification of the organization's key processes allow for greater focus on desired areas through the setting of KPIs.

Due to the importance of PMSys to every organization, Kenzer & Company has designed our own proprietary Performance Management System incorporating elements such as KRAs (which we have been using for over 10 years), KPIs, process management, fixed and varible income plans. This PMSys was used to turn around the local subsidiary of a European-listed company from 3 straight years of losses to profitability within 6 months.

We call our innovation the 3K Performance Management System.
